Deep red, purple in colour with aromas of dark berries and chocolate; flavours of dark cherry and plum are fleshy and long. The balance of sweet fruit, subtle oak and soft tannins make this wine silky smooth and delicious.

A deep ruby colour. Fresh bouquet with intense aromas of red fruit and blackcurrants. Complex with a note of liquorice, smoky and a touch of green pepper. Fresh and unctuous initially, then tasting fruity and spicy. Good length.
Chateau La Tour De By 2011 Medoc – France ………€68.00
With a blend of 60% Carbernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, the medium bodied wine is focused on red plums and wild strawberries with some oak in the finish, drinking really well now and ideal with any red meats or game.

This reserve displays complex, red berry aromas with smoky vanilla notes. On a palate, there’s round, warm and juicy spiced red cherry fruit with a velvety character, and ripe tannins are apparent as a firm but pliant structure.

Cherry red in colour with maroon hues. The wine has a pleasant aroma of red fruits with balsamic touch. The palate is well balanced, full bodied and has a great long aftertaste with sweet and round tannins.

Brilliant carmine in colour, this Merlot has a meaty nose laced with red berries. On the palate are notes of red berries preserved in alcohol and mild spice, all of which is supported by structured tannis.
