Cancellation Policy

We know plans change! Don’t worry, you can cancel or amend your reservation with us up to 7 days prior to your arrival date free of charge.
This will allow you to book with peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that you have full flexibility until this period ends. Once the cancellation period ends, the full cost of the booking will be charged. 

In the event of the Horseshoe bar an restaurant not being notified of a cancellation or a no show, the full cost of the accommodation booking will automatically be charged to the credit or debit card used to secure your reservation.

DAMAGES.
Damages of any kind will be charged for to the card provided when making the booking.
