Caring for our Customers and staff has always been central to our philosophy. The recent Covid-19 Pandemic has brought this to another level and given us the opportunity to re-examine our work place practices.
We are closely monitoring advice and directives from the Irish Government, WHO and HSE teams and following these organisation’s advice very closely.
We have taken the advice that good hand hygiene is essential to curb the spread of Covid-19 and all our staff have been re-trained on hand washing protocol. Where hand washing is not immediately available we have installed high alcohol hand sanitisers all over the building. Doors and windows are left open within the building to allow air to flow freely. Staff wear masks at all times. Toilets are frequently checked.
We have built an outside dining area and we have adjusted table layouts to ensure social distancing between tables.
Where possible any unnecessary touch points have been removed and where this is not possible they have been assigned to a team member for regular sanitisation.
Guest Rooms are fully sanitised on guests arrival. Unnecessary touch points such as cushions and Tea/Coffee facilities have been removed. Rooms are all aired between guests. Hand Sanitizers available on entrance and within the accommodation area.
